“I started out listening to Corrine Crabtree’s podcast, Losing 100 Pounds. Whether you are a fan of that podcast or like the content but are put off by her swearing, Shari Broder has a similar message in a much kinder and gentler tone. Love yourself. Make small changes you can live with. Don’t do anything you can’t see yourself doing for the rest of your life. We have all done diets where they SAY “it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change” but at the same time they have you count points or calories or macros or whatever. This truly IS a lifestyle change where you learn to listen to your body and give it what it needs. I highly recommend this podcast! I have lost 50+ pounds in the last 9 months without feeling deprived or counting anything!”
