Motivational all the way through
Hey Amy, Iv learnt so much about running in the last few weeks starting the podcast than I have the past 5 years of running myself. This podcast is so informative and has helped me stay focused. It had motivated me for running when I’v felt tired and iv learnt a lot about myself and the way I run. What to do and not to do. But also to enjoy running and not be so hard on myself. Iv always been a stop/start runner Iv given up a lot, In the past, I get bored easily and Iv found myself feeling a lot differently about running now and trying to make my runs adventurous and not about my time and pace and more about how it makes your body feel. One of my goals is to do a marathon or half marathon and I know I’m not their yet but I will one day! This podcast has made me feel confident, like I can do it! I am a runner! So thank you!

Such a positive podcast to listen to with a lovely range of topics covered. I have been running for a few years now and I’ve really enjoyed listening to this podcast to learn new things about everyone’s running journeys.

I know Amy works for Women’s health but it’s a shame there are references to “helping women” or “one tip for women”....Read full review »
