Amy is a fairly impressive runner (certainly compared to me!) but she is still super humble and you feel like you’re learning with her, rather than being intimidated. The series covers a really holistic approach to running, not just how to hit pbs, but also how to fuel yourself, how to structure your training and how to rest and recover properly & deal with injury. Mostly I love it because it’s about finding the joy of running and that’s something that benefits any standard of runner. Highly recommend.”
