I am currently training for the Surrey Half and have been listening daily to this and have come to learn so many things!! How to improve my run, the importance of a decent stretch after long runs, getting the right kit (bra) makes such a difference but most of all, it made me re-think why I run and that it’s about getting my focus right.
I have recommended this to lots of friends who are at different stages of their running as I think they will all get something from it.
