“I absolutely love this podcast! I’m a PT and ran track in college - I was more of a sprinter than a distance runner, but I’ve run my fair share of 5Ks and 8Ks for fun. Now that I’m dead bored in the quarantine, and getting married in 4 months😍I need a new goal to keep me sane! I’ve decided to train for a half marathon, found this podcast and feeling so inspired. While I know plenty about performance and movement, I so appreciate the tips and tricks in this podcast many of which are little things that could only be learned by years of experience and mistakes.
