I’m training for The Peak Challenge 52km! Found this so informative and loads of little tips that I’ve made notes of to help before and after my runs. Definitely taking a tennis ball to work now! Can’t wait for the next one!

I have been listening to this for some as I recently injured my foot running. Listening to this podcast has given me some great tips to help prevent future injuries and also got me thinking about signing up for a half marathon when my foot it totally healed!

I really enjoyed the majority of this podcast. Great content and some really well informed guests to help Amy, and all of us, on the journey. One thing did grate on me, however.
