Just Listened to latest podcast regarding menopause, so good. Iv been on HRT for last 3 years , I’m 50 now and it has changed my life for the better. 4 years ago I wasn’t sleeping which was first indication that something was wrong in my body. I don’t know what I’d have done without HRT
