Well done Liz!
I have been a fan of Liz Earle from back in the day when she first launched her skin care brand and was often on TV. I always found her likeable and, as we are the same age, very relatable. I was delighted to discover her podcast and it hasn’t disappointed. Her guests are well chosen and interesting and I usually end up adding them to my ‘follow’ list on social media. I particularly found helpful the podcast on grief. I lost my husband, who had been my partner since we were both 15, at just 54. I felt like my life was over and despite my relatively young age to be a widow, I found I was just going through the motions of life basically waiting to die too. That podcast and many others made me feel my life was still valid. Liz is a voice for those of us who often feel invisible and forgotten and illustrates so well that we could do still have much to contribute to society. Thank you Liz!

I wanted to say thank you for recording these podcasts. They are incredibly informative and cut through a lot of the information that is out there. Please keep up the good work!😀

Everyone young and old should listen to this podcast. You don’t need to be suffering bone issues to find it relevant. I wish I had known the importance of bone health in my teens, or my mother had.
