Well done Liz!
I have been a fan of Liz Earle from back in the day when she first launched her skin care brand and was often on TV. I always found her likeable and, as we are the same age, very relatable. I was delighted to discover her podcast and it hasn’t disappointed. Her guests are well chosen and interesting and I usually end up adding them to my ‘follow’ list on social media. I particularly found helpful the podcast on grief. I lost my husband, who had been my partner since we were both 15, at just 54. I felt like my life was over and despite my relatively young age to be a widow, I found I was just going through the motions of life basically waiting to die too. That podcast and many others made me feel my life was still valid. Liz is a voice for those of us who often feel invisible and forgotten and illustrates so well that we could do still have much to contribute to society. Thank you Liz!

Thanks for another really useful podcast, ever since I started listening I feel like it’s helping me manage my body better every week. So much to be learned about our bodies that is never discussed so well anywhere else!

I look forward to this every week - and this week didn’t disappoint. What a fascinating insightful - and useful! - chat with Andy Crouch. One that needs to be had as we navigate the digital world. Thanks Liz for providing such a platform xx
