Despite the humour, the sentiments expressed are sincere. Do read on. This podcast is truly an oasis in the vast information desert we find ourselves in. If you somehow found it, god bless you.. I suspect you didn’t expect to find it, and I suspect you are surprised at how good it is. It’s a...Read full review »

I had heard about the release of this book, and was skeptical about what qualified this new author to write on this topic. This thoughtful and insightful interview challenged that, and Patrick Watts has articulated beautifully for me why I should not give up hope for a better future for my kids....Read full review »

For example, I found out who Brian Klass is here. I have now read his book "Fluke," and it's in the top five books I’ve ever read. This book is like a firmware update! This podcast is a conduit to brilliant people and subjects.Read full review »

Dig the solo-sode, really appreciate the monologue and your thought process. Have been listening to you from early days. And as a fellow Aussie, I love hearing the accent. Hope to bump into ya one day :-) Keep crushing brother! ✨

Ryan always presents us with interesting guests, often discussing niche but nonetheless fascinating topics on politics, economics or other aspects of society. The host seems prepared well, genuinely interested and has a nice interviewing style.

I’ve had the opportunity to learn about a range of topics from financial secrecy and geothermal drilling, to fine photography and Mongolian history. Great guests, tactful questions. Very insightful talks with minimal “tawk”. The episode length is long enough to leave you satisfied while still open to a round two in the future. Great work!

A podcast worth listening to from the beginning to the end. It takes a while to get the hang of the seemingly eclectic array of topics but once you get the hang of it, one finds itself browsing the length of all available episodes to explore more and more. I am thrilled that I had the good fortune to stumble across this podcast. The Host is somehow both eager and quiet. He asks his questions eagerly then let’s the talker talk. Some of the best below the radar thoughtful geopolitical content I’ve seen. Peter Zeihan! Get him on as often as possible. Also: Narco stuff in Mexico-US. But not ‘as such’ - there’s enough of that. Try to understand the crossboarder systems of power underpinning it.

A multitude of topics covered, some familiar to me others not so much but that’s a good thing and all presented in an easy digestible style. My only criticism would be that I wish we would get a bit of the guests background - a brief introduction either from themselves or Ryan would be much...Read full review »
