Interesting case padded with filler
What an interesting, tragic case that’s brought to light here. You can’t help but feel for Sandy and her family who have been tormented for so many years. That said, there’s not much to it and it feels like the production realizes it early on. There’s only so many folks still around who are willing to talk, so time gets killed other ways: detours on police violence and the psychology of sexual predators. Reflections on police explorer programs and sexually assaulted female police cadets. Experts who say Sandy could have been murdered but also explain in detail how it’s possible this is a suicide. Endless ads pad out the rest of the time. Also, the host is very comfortable patting herself on the back whenever possible and leaving in compliments she gets from others that have little to do with the case. This podcast is Probably not worth the time to invest in.

I was really enjoying this show until I had a political ad on the most recent episode. Keep those ads out of podcast entertainment.
