Amazing podcast
After suffering for many months in silence with prolapse , I came across this podcast and it’s literally changed everything for me, it sounds dramatic but before listening to this I thought my life as I knew it was over!! It’s helped me gain knowledge, get strong and because of Helen snd taking advice from and the experts she interviews i am symptom free ! I have the odd bad day but knowing there are people out there with the same condition ( lots of them ) and tools I can use to help I’m doing ok . Thank you so much for this podcast.
