“I don't want to be mean because the hosts sound like nice people. The podcast has potential, but right now I don't like it. It sounds like a scripted conversation which makes it sound really false, awkward and annoying to listen to, even though what they are discussing is really quite interesting. They also play clips of interviews they have done with interesting people relating to the topic of the episode; these are really good! But then they cut back to the false narrative of the studio again when I'd much prefer hear the rest of the much more interesting and natural conversation taking place in the interview.
I want to like this podcast! If they were to let their personalities shine through by turning off the false TV presenter personas, have a natural, unscripted conversation and have fun, I'd definitely keep listening. But right now I can't.”Read full review »

“But the ads are getting out of hand. I feel bait and switched. Seriously. The Sept 9th episode is 35:27 long and 8:38 of the episode is advertisements. That’s 24% of the episode devoted to ads.
