How do you create a constructive and positive environment around your negotiations? Today's participant works for a startup, and her boss tends to take every salary increase quite personal, since he feels like the money is coming from his pocket. She would like to learn how to avoid the stress and negative emotion generated each time she is going into a negotiation with her boss.
