The WAPF is life-changing!
I came across the Weston A. Price Foundation a few months after my daughter was born. I was told I was one of the few women who was incapable of breastfeeding, even after months of trying to make it work and spending a tremendous amount of money on various lactation consultants, diet changes and herbal concoctions. I was determined to not give my daughter store-bought formula and scoured the internet for other ideas. The WAPF recipe for homemade baby formula was life-changing. It felt so good being in control of what she was eating and knowing the exact benefits of each ingredient. On a personal note, I was no longer consumed by guilt and my postpartum depression slowly started to alleviate. Today my daughter is a year and a half and is absolutely thriving-people are constantly marveling at how happy she is all the time. My husband and I are also slowly adopting the foundation's method of eating and feel like rock stars making our own kombucha, slurping down our cod liver oil and enjoying raw milk ourselves. I listen to the Wise Traditions podcasts while I work and then go home to reiterate the podcasts, in animated detail, to my husband :)Read full review »

I would love to hear a goat farmer talk about how to make raw milk. There is a lot of information out there on how to home...Read full review »
