“This is definitely not a podcast for everyone. Most people listen to podcasts because they have nothing else to do during regular everyday activities. This is not that type of podcast. This podcast requires some alone time. Either when you're completely alone or you can't fall asleep, this podcast requires you being alone. I'd recommend headphones and doing everything the podcast asks you to do.
