“I've been living in Amsterdam now for 10 years and with the wonders of technology, I download woman's hour weekly and listen to the podcasts whilst cycling to and from work - I feel so empowered. When I get to work I am fit and ready to take on the workload and when I get home and I have 2 small hungry mouths screaming at me I feel I can cook anything because Jenny and Jane (who I could listen to all day) have discussed everything I was just thinking about anyway!!!
