out of the country but not out of touch
I've been living in Amsterdam now for 10 years and with the wonders of technology, I download woman's hour weekly and listen to the podcasts whilst cycling to and from work - I feel so empowered. When I get to work I am fit and ready to take on the workload and when I get home and I have 2 small hungry mouths screaming at me I feel I can cook anything because Jenny and Jane (who I could listen to all day) have discussed everything I was just thinking about anyway!!! In reply to the comment from 'A' man below, we're not being sexist Jezar, but it's nice to have something of our own, and women don't only talk about women things when they get together, but everyday things too!!! Best podcast ever.Read full review »

I love this podcast, however I feel annoyed that the download time is so inconsistent. Surely it can be more reliable! Mme Insomnia
