good guests but too much about grace
Want to love this podcast but struggling to as too much of the conversations interrupted by Grace’s own insights and not enough air time for the guests themselves - a narrative/tangent is often brought to the conversations the guests didn’t initially bring and ends up reverting back to Grace’s own career journey and not those invited to discuss theirs (which is great to hear about, but it’s too frequent..) had to turn the Elizabeth Day episode off. Don’t think the right balance has been found yet between Grace presenting and guests speaking.

Really wanted to like this but agree with others - keeps interrupting the guests and brings it back to herself and her story. We’re here to listen to the guests rather than all about the host. Would be great if there was more of a flow to it too x

Great variety of guests keeps it very fresh each week. Listened to so many people I’ve never come across before, keep it up
