Poor interview style
I really admire Grace and she gets great guests on the podcast but she really needs to change her interview style. She constantly interjects the flow of the interviewees speech to point out her own perspective, often to the detriment of getting to the crux of their point. When they are talking she constantly makes sounds of agreement or disagreement as though she is the one true source of knowledge to either validate or dismiss the guest’s view, this isn’t the role of an interviewer, she should be platforming them and helping get as much out of them as possible. This can be especially embarrassing when her guests have much more experience than her, it comes across as self indulgent.

More reviews of Working Hard, Hardly Working
Terrible sound quality, super scripted and unnatural. Grace literally talks about herself the whole time whether it’s relevant or not

Great host and fab first guest, looking forward to more! It’s so refreshing to hear from successful hard working people who are open and honest about their experience of the working world.
