As a Positive Psychologist I am a massive fan of the power of the written and spoken word, how getting those thoughts, ideals and emotions out into paper can really change your health, happiness and well-being . Just listening to the episode about binge eating and it’s jumping, skipping and really disjointed. It was incoherent and I am disappointed to not be able to listen because of the poor audio quality
