#122: A Meditation For Mindfulness And Equanimity
Listen now
Description
Join me in a guided meditation practice to bring awareness to your full body through breath and sensations. Learn to retrain your brain to become mindful and neutral to all of your thoughts and sensations.  This practice fits well with our previous episode about the Value of Equanimity because it brings you closer to reaching true mental calmness through being aware of your sensations and learning to remain neutral.   The truth you discover from equanimity, that all things are ever-changing, is the foundational truth of wisdom. Mindfulness brings you closer to equanimity through neutral awareness. Sensations create the path of awakening, and it’s up to you to discover them through meditation.  After this, you can move into Meta, which cultivates compassion and forgiveness. Sending blessings to your efforts into becoming neutral, compassionate, and peaceful through affirmations and prayer. And, sending blessings to all others for peacefulness as well.  May you all find your way to liberation, wisdom, and peace.  Start the journey now with your free 30-day membership on Omstars.com.
