It’s all good and well to exhibit both sides of a conflict. But portraying Israel as a victim and allowing people to talk nonsense with no push back and no counter discussion. Shame. This is a genocide. It’s not up for debate.

I’m sharing a quote about Kino written by an artist named Cali Lili - because this called my attention to Kino’s work : “As a dancer who was also a teenage practitioner of yoga (as well as having been a teenage yoga teacher myself) I’m always aware that everyone is both a teacher and student at...Read full review »

I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review than after listening to todays episode #114 A Call To Ahimsa and a Prayer For Peace in Ukrainian. I’ve also never felt so proud to call Kino my teacher. Although we’ve only met in person one time I knew that her gentle yet firm way of teaching worked...Read full review »

Kino is a great interviewer and chooses wonderful people to talk with. I’m always so glad I took the time to listen. The dharma talks however are a little disconcerting as she slides into broken English. This seems unusual since her interviews are in a beautiful, conversational, energetic...Read full review »

Kino is not afraid to answer the questions and make us question everything. Why do we practice? What can we focus on? How can yoga help? There is always something useful in the episodes and her gentle approach makes all the difference.

I love Kino and I love this podcast, but I have noticed that sometimes Kino uses an Indian accent. This feels a bit odd and distracting at times.

This is such an important and well informed podcast. I love Kino so much and find her a deep source of wisdom. She’s an inspiration to practice and is just so smart. I do wish she didn’t put on an Indian accent though in her talks - I find it incredibly distracting and appropriative. This is meant to be a gentle call in to her to hopefully stop...Read full review »

At the beginning, Kino says this podcast is meant to inspire us to get on the mat and to elevate our practices. I’ve been practicing over 25 years and didn’t think I needed extra inspiration at this point. Getting on the mat is as natural as getting up in the morning. But this podcast delivers.
