Still working my way through each episode, but I started with episode 5 and wow- the lesson I’ve come away with is learning to make friends with my shadows, the dark spots and the skeletons- rather than running or turning the other way. And instead, to shine light on them, offer them love and compassion through this openness and acceptance, to release them. Thank you Kino ❀️
