As many of you know, my passion for Yoga Nidra extends beyond our practice sessions. It encompasses a deep commitment to exploring how these practices can profoundly affect our well-being, especially concerning the nervous system and how we process stress, anxiety and unresolved trauma. To honour this commitment and ensure the program is both impactful and informed, I have decided to take a short break from uploading new Yoga Nidra sessions. This pause will allow me to focus on comprehensive research into the effects of the nervous system, serve our community better, and consider my own needs simultaneously. My aim is to return with insights that will further enrich our practices and enhance your journey toward peace and equanimity. Rest assured, this is only a pause. I will return. During this period, I encourage you to revisit our existing sessions and continue your practice.
