Just a note to the host, very rarely the volume of an episode sometimes goes up a tiny bit, which can cause me to lose focus. Normally most episodes are perfect though. I think also when your voice has been absent during the breathing countdown, to maybe come in a little bit quieter? So that the return to the voice guidance part is more subtle on the startle response. As mine is a bit sensitive
