“In January this year, my dad died very suddenly and someone suggested grief yoga. Having only ever completed one session of yoga, i went along anyway and so a very long story short, I embarked on a 200 hour practioner course. I have been listening to podacasts for over a year (not long) and so typed 'yoga' and hoped for the best...I tried out a few and I did not really connect with them (great podcats just not for me) and then I found Yogaland!! I adore this podcast, it's very informative yet presented beautifically and authentically. I have since youtubed Jason's yoga and so the journey goes on. Yoga has, without doubt, helped me through grief whislt also giving me some new found confidence I thought I would never even aquire in this life. And Yogaland has played a vital role so thank you so much, long may it continue xx PS I also love the fact you admit to mispronounciation and the difficulties with language, you're saying what we yoga babies are thinking !!”Read full review »

“I love this podcast. Andrea is a brilliant host. She expresses herself beautifully and discusses topics that as a "yoga nerd" I find incredibly interesting. The guests are great. Best yoga podcast available at the moment!”Read full review »
