Description

If we do, there are very good reasons we learned to do this. Mainly, these weird patterns we play on repeat come from the time in our life when we were little sponges. Well, we're not 6 anymore and it's time our mistakes got an upgrade. Today we'll look at where we sit on the continuum of letting mistakes batter our self-esteem to letting our mistakes uplift and make us feel better about ourselves.
