Listen to this podcast! Dr. Chavez is sharing quality information in an easy to follow format and addressing relevant topics. There’s so much misinformation out there and this is an expert who stays in his lane and gives well rounded information. He also promotes a healthy relationship with food and movement - no rigid rules. So many people promote disordered eating habits in the name of wellness and nutrition and Dr Chavez helps cut through that nonsense. As a personal trainer and coach I recommend this to my clients and athletes

I really appreciate the facts explained in this podcast in an easily digestible manner. He makes so much sense and was something I was looking for. I have shared several episodes on current topics—from fasting to artificial sweeteners.

Dr. Adrian Chavez has nailed it with this helpful and concise podcast on nutrition and health. He brings on topic a day in manageable and understandable chunks. He brings the science and data to back it and then tells you how to implement the advice easily and cost effectively.
