A ton of information here. To the point. The host is good at speaking. Everything is organized very nicely. Nothing to complain about here. If you've never been to the gym, the lifting weights and workouts are hard to follow since it’s audio only so if you haven’t, definitely do some research on basic workouts and gym equipment first if that’s not something you’re familiar with.Read full review »
