This podcast is one of my favorites, especially in the weightlifting genre because he gets to the facts without a bunch of fluff and offers some real life, common sense approaches. His approach to fat loss and and resistance training has helped me lose fat, and gain some muscle at the same time. (I’m a 57 years old man and I’m the best shape of my life due in a big part to his advice) He takes a critical approach to the latest fads and studies, and dissects what’s really important versus what’s the flavor of the month.

There is a bunch of health podcast but this one stuck with me. The host knows his stuff and clearly explains his tips and recommendations to obtain your goals. Good stuff in this podcast.

Great podcast with good information that covers a wide range of fitness and diet. I love the fact that the episodes vary in length so I can choose to listen to shorter ones when in a hurry and longer ones (well worth the time!) when I am commuting. Keep up the great work.
