Essential listening for those serious about change
Since starting my journey a year ago, I have been adding YouTube and podcast content creators who give me a constant flow of all kinds of encouragement for diet and fitness. I’m keto and down 90lbs, so I’m very serious and only tolerate content that will keep my focus up. This podcast is a very good fit! Great variety, highly encouraging, forgiving and understanding of “mistakes” and how to recover from them. Semi-weekly is also appreciated - at this point, sometimes I run out of good new content, and this REALLY helps me keep my focus.

There’s a lot of really well-thought out and detailed advice each episode. Very realistic and doable approach to lighting and wellness. I love that he answers listeners questions and gives strategies that can be implemented right away. Great job!
