Wits & Weights is for EVERYONE
Philip's podcast is for anyone looking to improve their health. So basically, for anyone on the planet! His online community is a support system where we can ask questions and get answers/input from others that have been where you are. His podcasts are carefully constructed to get the most out of guest interviews and I always find some takeaway to apply in my daily life. He conducts weekly Q&A sessions that anyone may contribute to. So much of what Philip offers are free resources - it doesn't take long to recognize the passion he has for his job, his community, and his own well-being.
