As a guy looking to bulk, getting scientifically backed workout content is big. Loved the carbs episode, might explain a thing or two. ;) was recommended through a website but I’ll be sticking around!

Philip does s great job with this podcast. It’s a combo interview show mixed with solo episodes. Although Philip does a good job with the interviews, I like the solo episodes a little more because they’re usually full of actionable steps.
