Inspiring me to take action
Philip Pape’s “Wits & Weights” podcast has inspired me to take further steps towards improving my health and fitness. I actually downloaded an app to start tracking calories and macros (and wasn’t THAT and eye opener lol). Philip has also helped de-mystify strength training for me and that is giving me confidence to progress my current program beyond where it has been stagnating. I enjoy Philip’s presentation and interview style and find it easy listening. Currently this podcast is number one on my playlist when I go out for a walk. Happy to recommend.

Super helpful. Philip is informative and very easy to listen to. As someone working with a trainer and coach, I just do what they tell me but it’s nice to understand exactly what (and why) I’m doing (it). Helps to stay motivated to keep going! 💪🏻 Thank you!
