Great fitness show!
I enjoy listening to Philip Pape & his guests! Episode 63 is my favorite so far because he knocks out several listener questions with great answers. I’m a fitness beginner, and I like that it’s a deeper level of explanation, but understandable for everyone. This is a great podcast for experts, people just starting on their fitness journey, and everyone in between.
