Excellent podcast
I started listening to Wits and Weights last week and I’ve binged all of the episodes in the last few days. Thank you for taking the time to create and produce this show. Im not a beginner lifter, I’ve been lifting for about 10 years with both a strength/conditioning coach and a nutrition coach. I didn’t know if I’d learn anything by listening and I could not have been more wrong. I learned so much here. I had a mindset of “I don’t need to know this stuff, that’s what I pay my coach for”. Wow! I feel like I’ve missed out… I align with alot of the habits/ values that Philip discusses on the show. Great content!

I just started listening and following Philip Pape. I love how he takes the time to answer any questions through messaging and then will offer to discuss further in detail through his podcast. I’m looking forward to learning more from Philip and appreciate his wealth of knowledge.

Super helpful. Philip is informative and very easy to listen to. As someone working with a trainer and coach, I just do what they tell me but it’s nice to understand exactly what (and why) I’m doing (it). Helps to stay motivated to keep going! 💪🏻 Thank you!
