So relevant in today’s world
Been a student of the mind for a long time. Tolle, many Buddhist works, etc all have been great intellectual learning material, and have helped to develop a good ‘why’. 10% Happier is a great book which echoes my own learning journey (although I didn’t get to meet the Dalai Lama!), and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about how to intentionally use their mind (rather than to be a passenger while ‘the jerk’ drives) well, without any of the ‘woo-woo’ usually associated with such things. The app is great, too. Seriously high production quality, a good balance of information and practical application, and a nice mix of topics so far. The podcast is the cherry – getting to hear from Dan and his guests as Dan’s own journey develops is just great.
