careful - good workout but not yoga
the class i took was more pilates than yoga... pretty much no yoga involved... maybe that’s just the class i took. it was a good work out but there were several moves and cues can easily cause injuries.

I love the yoga download podcasts. They are the perfect length to fit into my crazy schedule. And the instructors do a great job of teaching the sanskrit terms as well as the lay terms. Short sessions (usually 30 minutes after set-up and cool down) are easy to fit into a busy schedule, and the classes vary so you can pick the one that's right where you need it (or try out something different).
