“These yoga practices are great for those with some yoga experience who can't or don't want to go to the yoga studio. I use these to help me get moving in the mornings and get ready for my day. The hip opening classes are wonderful. I just did the Yoga for Cyclists practice and found it be to be a very soothing and nicely flowing class for someone who isn't a regular cyclist. My body always feels so alive after these classes. They also challenge me to try a pose I haven't done before using the pose guides. I've found that I'm much more limber and have even lost several pounds with regular morning yoga practice. With lots of yoga classes around, these are by far my favorites because they are 20 minutes that I can easily fit into the busiest of mornings.”Read full review »
