Professionally done yoga podcast
There are a variety of instructors in this podcast series. The added pdf sheet is very helpful for learning poses as well as a quick visual guide to follow-along with (or to use instead of the audio if you don't like a particular instructor.) The sound quality is good on these so you're not distracted by bad editing. I listened to Solar Flow #1 a few nights ago and although I didn't know all of the poses (I had forgotten about the pdf follow-along sheet at the time) it really helped me to relax mentally before bed as well as stretch out my body and relieve some of the physical side of stress. I ended up substituting poses I did know for poses I didn't know which I think would work well also if there were poses I know I could not do.Read full review »

The audio is great, the routines are wonderful, and I love the music. Thank you so much for creating this podcast-it is very similar to being in my twice weekly yoga class, so on the days I don't have class, I do a podcast yoga session. I've tried many yoga cds and dvds but the instruction here is second to none.Read full review »
