Exactly what I was looking for
I have been wanting to get back into yoga for a long time, but feel intimidated walking into a class while so out of practice. In addition I am a graduate student with a hectic schedule and low budget. These podcasts have been exactly what I need to work on my posture and poses and to get back into the flow of things. There are different options for tuning into each class whether you prefer audio only with a pose guide, or the video to see what you're supposed to do, or all of the above. I will support these podcasts as much as I can and will recommend to many.Read full review »

This yoga podcast is the perfect length for at-home practice. It is short and to the point with a nice flow. It is a nice compliment to a couple of studio sessions per week.

Starts out great, then right when you are trying to keep up, she says go into eagle pose with a twist. What? I am trying to do this on my ipod.
