Good podcast
I've really enjoyed listening to your podcast. Both presenters are well informed in psychology and this has been a really nice way to get an in-depth look into ACT. One small thing that is a bit of a time waster and unessecary is John's tendency to make statements and then ask "am I right?" and "is that correct?", awkward pause, waits for the person to confirm. This basic counselling technique that has no place in a podcast, you're trying to create a flow, and as someone who claims to have done a lot of podcasting I'm suprised you still do this. Thanks for all the help!

just found this app and was in love. educational and a great aid to Tx. the new hosts (new to me) sonja pretentious and exclusionary. they will mention things in convo (youtube videos)without citing and overall leaves listener feeling left out or dumb.
