Have been following the channel for about two years and his programs for one year. Best decision ever made. Have seen amazing gains and changes in my phisique and haven´t been injured even once. I’m 70 and still lift 5-6 times per week. Could you do more on lifting at older ages! We all get there eventually 🤞 I basically do push/pull/legs 2 times per week Need some variation
