#1 desert island audio dharma podcast
If i could only subscribe to one Dharma or meditation related podcast, this would be it. I've been meditating for 20 years in a variety of Buddhist traditions (vipassana, Zen, Dzogchen etc.) but Gil Fronsdal is the one teacher i continually return to again and again. There is something so simple, pure, hearfelt and uncontrived about his teachings and the style in which he delivers them (i say "simple" but they are deceptively profound).... I could gush on and on but let me just add this: I relied on Gil's guidance from this pod to help shepherd me through a 30 day solo meditation retreat. For that alone, i'm forever grateful! Love you Gil!!!Read full review »
