Listen now
Description
When we go through trauma, our brains don’t function like they normally do. We shift into survival mode. Today, I discuss how unprocessed trauma can also get "stuck" or "stored" in our bodies and share some safe and effective ways of releasing these traumatic experiences from our body. In this episode, you’re going to learn: The primary response of the brain and body to trauma What’s happening in the body during and after a traumatic experience How unprocessed trauma can be released when it gets ‘stuck in the body RESOURCES & LINKS: Watch free workshop “Rewiring The Teenage Brain To Heal Trauma” HERE: https://www.ologyonlinecourses.com/healtrauma
