This is EXACTLY what I needed right now in my life!!! Thank you so so much. I am such a typical woman/Mom who is constantly trying to find what works for her but not giving something enough time to work. I get so discouraged SO easily. Just last week I was doing a stupid amount of googling and insta-surfing to figure out if I should go macros or weight watchers...both of which I’ve done before, but neither one has given me noticeable results because I’ve quit so easily. I am going to move forward with macros, but I’m going to try so hard to have Becca’s mindset. “I lost one pound, fifty times.” 🤯 CLICK! I’m excited to see where this will take me. Thank you thank you thank you!!
