Personable, relatable advice on habit change
Listening to this podcast has helped me stay centred in my eating journey. I haven’t fully recovered, but I now wait before giving into food and think about my feelings and freewrite if I have the time. If I still want the food after that I have it and I can hear her voice saying ‘I must have really needed the comfort of that’. Can’t recommend it enough for people with anxiety and eating disorders in general.
