The Industry
As someone who works in the food industry I'm glad this podcast exists. I was a little late jumping on the BA podcast so I had plenty of episodes to listen to. I usually catch an episode after we're done with service and all that's left is to clean up the kitchen which helps my night go by way faster. I love listening to accomplished chefs and their stories about the industry. The food specials, like thanksgiving, Christmas, and super bowl specials are some of my favorite. Keep up the great work. My only complaint is that the episodes aren't as long. Wouldn't mind an hour+ episode every week.Read full review »

OMG! Listening to whoever this guy is interview Melissa Clark and he will not stop interrupting her!
