“This high-energy podcast moves right along, doesn't waste time, and teaches you a thing or two that you may not know. My only criticism is that they don't offer listeners the recipes for dishes they talk about. If you go the Bon Appetit website you have to sign up (for a fee) for access to recipes. Seems like it would be good PR to let podcast listeners access the specific recipes discussed, for free -- which would probably spark a good percentage of them to sign up for site access.
