“I enjoy your podcast, and I’ve learned quite a bit. As a younger person I was always thin and many of your suggestions/techniques work for me in one sense. I didn’t loose any weight, though I felt better.
Now I’m older, combined with entering full menopause over 10 years ago at 40, I have the mid-life mid-section that I cannot loose.
I took medication, eliminated food groups, exercised and combined it with intermittent fasting. I lost 80lbs in 14 months. I could not stay on the medication, the weight sadly returned in 5 months despite continuing on with all the other aspects of the diet.
My body chemistry seems to have completely changed as I’ve aged. 😞”
