No!!!
I think this host really wants to help others. However she clearly has an eating disorder. And she is teaching others how to also be disordered with food. It’s so very sad that this podcast might catch the ear of a teenager , who is going to buy into this nonsense to befriend hunger and make friends with hunger.. hopefully the host gets some help. And - the only way to befriend hunger is to feed it!!! Ugh so frustrating .. we were not designed to not answer our primal needs!!! Air, water, food , peeing, pooping - primal needs!!!
